K.I.D.s includes children with Autism Spectrum, HFA, PTSD, RAD, BiPolar, ED, ADD, ADHD, ID, depression, Abuse, Neglect, Sexual Abuse and similar conditions resulting in social and behavioral challenges for K.I.D.s, their parents, siblings, peers, educators, childcare workers, medical providers and communities.

Have you reached the end of the sidewalk?....you know the place where the sidewalk ends for a K.I.D..

If you are a parent of a K.I.D. you know that your K.I.D.'s sidewalk ends close to home. There are no birthday parties, no scouts, no sports teams and no slumber parties. No one invites your K.I.D. to play. Worst of all there are no community afterschool programs. You and your K.I.D. are left to fend for yourselves and this leads to isolation for you and your K.I.D. from society. As the K.I.D. matures depression and anger settle in and adult mental health issues begin to manifest. Despair, destitution, crime and imprisonment are highly probable. Just beyond the place where the sidewalk ends....Cornerstone For K.I.D.s begins a new paradigm where they can go. We are in the formulation stages of our nonprofit and YOU and your K.I.D. are the people we serve. We are available to provide you resources and soon will offer coaching in the areas of your need. Officially created on September 24th 2013, and seven years in design this corporation provides resources and solutions for afterschool programs for K.I.D.s that will empower parents, educators, and leaders to transform our communities to ones that work for all kids including K.I.D.s.
